We believe in ROWE, or a results only work environment. Creators are more successful and productive when they can do the work on their own time — within deadlined parameters, of course!
we believe in lifting up voices of the under-represented.
This is why each employee volunteers time, touch, or talents to one nonprofit per quarter on a project basis. Intentionality is important. We are always growing and evolving on this and can’t wait to work with your organization!

Sara Elizabeth Grossman
Hi, I’m Sara! I’ve been working in the social media, marketing, content creation, and branding spheres for over a decade now and am happiest when getting to immerse myself in a client’s world. Like you may come across a method actor, I am a method writer and creator.
I’ve worked on political campaigns, for beverage companies, tech start-ups, marijuana companies, non-profit organizations specifically in the LGBTQ+ and gun sense sectors, and everything in between.
After spending 2.5 years with the Matthew Shepard Foundation and working on my own nonprofit, The Dru Project, I decided that I wanted to touch even more LGBTQ+ facing organizations or companies. This is how CODE-mktg. was born.
By way of education, I have a BA in interdisciplinary studies (psychology, writing, and humanities) from the University of Central Florida and an MFA in creative nonfiction writing from The New School in NYC.
